Escape to this newly renovated lakefront home in Grand Lake, CO—an all-season getaway with cabin charm and modern comfort. Enjoy stunning lake and mountain views, a new, private dock for boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding. Perfect for families, friends, or remote work with a full kitchen, grill, lawn, game room, Wi-Fi, and workspace. In summer, boat into town and shop; in winter, snowmobile or ice fish. Relax or explore—this retreat offers it all!

*Please note*

*The top and bottom floors of the home are only connected via stairs on the outside of the property which makes for two private living spaces!
- The upstairs floor has (2) queen beds, (1) pullout, (1) full bathroom and the living room + kitchen
- The downstairs floor has (2) twin beds side by side, (1) twin bunk bed, (1) full bathroom and the garage game room

*We have 2 paddle-boards and 2 kayaks for our guests to use!

*Our dock will be in the water between May and October

Also, you must BYOB (bring your own boat) :)

Located on the shore of Shadow Mountain Lake, this home’s location was amazing. House worked great for our family of six for the weekend.

This place is a gem! The home is adorable, but the true standout is the location. It’s right on the water with amazing views, and since we brought our boat, having a dock available to use was incredibly convenient.Unfortunately, Colorado summer had other plans for our evenings, and due to a fire ban, we weren’t able to use the fire pit—nothing to do with the home or the owners! We’ll just have to come back because we would love to spend an evening sitting by the fire and enjoying the view.It’s also so close to the town of Grand Lake, making it easy to head in for restaurants and shops. Truly a lovely spot, and we will definitely return!
