The rooms are absolutely disgusting, stained carpets, stained beds, moldy bathroom, blood and bodily fluids on furniture, no toilet paper, rat traps throughout the room. When I say this is the worst place we have ever stayed at I mean it, absolutely DOO NOT STAY HERE! We even tried to make a complaint at the desk due to worrying about the safety of ours and our pets health, we were offered another room for an increased price which my husband evaluated beforehand and same issues. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Room the curtain on shower had black mold, the tub didn’t drain well, the floor under the beds hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. They charge you 100.00 for incidentals then won’t respond about refunded the charge we will be disputing the charge with credit card company. Do not stay here the staff is also rude breakfast was closed two days we stayed.

The motel is old and run down. Air unit is very dusty; and the bathroom has old grime and dirt in the corners and floor. Bedsheets have smudge marks, and towels have black markings. It appears that they only have 1 or 2 employees doing front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. Owners and CEOs need to come out and clean this place up.

Heater worked. Room basic at best. First room in was messy, bags still in it and dirty. Second room was made but still dirty. No Kleenex and lack adequate lighting. Though the lack of lighting help hide the dirt and stained carpet

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! There were tweekers everywhere! I literally walked into the room and out. The carpets were stained, there was holes in the walls, roaches everywhere. There were homeless people all over the place. The room smelled horrible! It was an extremely unsafe place for anyone to be staying let alone someone traveling all alone. I immediately made them refund my money and got the heck out of there.

We arrived and the room was filthy. There was stains on the floor from what appeared to be pet urine and/or vomit. The toilet was running, the TV did not work. There were stains on the curtains. The room smelled foul and awful. We had to find a different hotel to stay at.

I booked the hotel because there was a shuttle service to the airport. I needed to get to the airport by 5 AM. They said there wasn't anybody available at that time of day, and they were not very helpful with trying to resolve the problem. I ended up paying extra for a transport service. The room had a funny smell also. On closer inspection, the toilet was leaking from the base.

I would not stay at this hotel again. It had ants or what looked like tiny ants. The carpet was stained - I would not walk barefoot on it at all. The tile in the bathroom sink area was cracked or missing. The curtains were messed up and hard to open. The rooms are just overall run down. The desk chair was so worn you could see the foam cushion sticking out everywhere. The "complimentary breakfast" was a joke. Watered down coffee, no decent pastries and a carton of yogurt. I went to starbucks down the street and purchased egg bites, cinnamon rolls and instant coffee packets and heated it all up in the microwave. Yes, it was a convenient location and not too expensive, but guess you get what you pay for. We've stayed at Comfort Inn up the street before for not much more and while certainly not fancy was a better experience than this. Won't be back.
