Other things to note:

Property is located near a busy road (1st St & Patterson Road) and you may hear traffic during your stay (most likely in bedroom or courtyard). Please consider this if you are a light sleeper. Your comfort is important to us!

Also, please note this property has an evaporative cooler and not central air for use in the warmer months. Evaporative coolers will only reduce the temperature by 20-25 Degrees. For the evaporative cooler to work efficiently some of the windows need to be cracked.

This was a great place to land at the end of a long day moving our daughter into her CMU apartment. Located close to CMU - clean and quiet. I was apprehensive about the swamp cooler and the 100 degree days, but it cooled the condo off nicely (I actually got chilled at times). Host was very easy to communicate with. Would most definitely stay here again
