Pool and hot tub are open. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was not busy here which is nice. Pet friendly hotel so great for my dog. Hot breakfast is included and it's great, definitely don't pass that up

You didnt have that many plug ins to plug mobile devices in all the outlets were all taken , we had adult three guest and they only gave us two keys, then we thought we were getting a room with a slider door to the outside of the room and we didnt and when we went and asked to see if we could change rooms with a slider the wanted 40 dollars extra a night to change rooms.Then went and asked for a refund they didnt even asked what the problem was or asked us if they help us in any way no they just refunded us for second night without questions asked. So this must happen all the time. First time in here, and we weren't even in the building an hour and we didnt have good vibes and we will never go back . People are paying their hard earned money there and you guys cant accommodate people.

I was in a smoke free room that stank of smoke. Worst showerhead ever! Pool closed for repairs but no idea what day it would reopen. No dining available except for a free breakfast that wasn’t even worth being free. Cancelled the last 2 days of my reservation and went to Ramada on South Locust for a WONDERFUL stay.

Terrible hotel staff.

Only complaint is a hotel staff member. Specifically a woman who stated her name was “Tuesday”. She was very unfriendly and doesn’t like the kids in the pool area to make any noise as she had kicked us adults and our children out of the pool at 8:30pm. The pool is open from 6am to 11pm. She closed down the pool entirely. Everyone had to leave, even if they weren’t together. So I’d be surprised if there aren’t any other complaints about her.

This hotel is very old and honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The ceiling in the room was tbar even in the bathroom And was stained and dirty. The shower curtain was gross and installed incorrectly so minimized space in the shower. It was awful. We traveled for a funeral and yet THIS was the worst part of our trip. This type of hotel would be what I liken to a truck stop for $50 a night, but we paid over double. I made the arrangements for two rooms and both were disgusting. I was so embarrassed. The smell alone would make someone leave but we arrived late and had no other choice. Last, every time we left the room and returned our card would not work and we had to wait for someone to show up to the front desk to get back in. Absolutely Revolting!

Clean and convenient. Pet friendly which was one of the biggest factors in stopping here. Some of the hotel is under construction which didn’t bother us. Rooms were clean. We would stay here again if passing through.

Fine for a quick overnight stop

Fine for just a few hours of sleep, and friendly staff, but the place has had a few year pass since its finer days. Room had a faint old tobacco scent and overall feel of the furniture and carpet was a bit ”over due” /ready for a change. Pool closed for renovations due to broken ceiling. But bathroom was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast fine, so absolutely ok for a quick overnight stop!
