Not a stay again at.

The room itself was mostly clean, however, the public part of the hotel, not so much. As well, our carpet in our room was not very clean, there was someone else’s nail clippings left on the carpet, which I stepped on and got poked in the foot. Beyond gross. The laundry room was quite filthy. As well as stairways and pool area, lots of debris on floors. No elevator.

The pool is amazing and hot and big and 9ft deep. Super fun for kids and a family. Nice common area around the pool. However garbages are nasty and dirty. The hotel hardly has staff around for anything. The hotel is a bit outdated but not awful.

I am requesting a refund or discount on my next stay. My room had no working AC-it was poolside so extremely hot and muggy in the room! Got a fan from hotel staff for my kids in the room who had fallen asleep-& I Had to sleep in the car to get some air. Front desk said they would send maintenance, but he never came. I talked to them again and he still never came. But he did have time to very inappropriately scold my five-year-old little girl about a stupid pool drain in the baby pool in which my daughter was not even in at the time or at all. She was sleeping when it happened &!it was not even a big deal!. It was another little girl that was in the pool. My daughter had no idea what he was talking about, cried and got out of the pool and went back to the room and did not want to swim anymore because she was scared of him. He was a grumpy mean old man who should never speak to anyone’s children ever again, what a creep!! Typically love this hotel but this stay was rough and it was supposed to be a happy little get away!

I would stay here

I recommend this place for the indoor pool for families. Housekeeping are the awesome friendly peoples here. But for the bartender need a new friendly one. She does like her job or only wants men in the lounge or your blue collar wife visiting.

It was terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived the room was extremely hot. Then went to use the shower and the shampoo and conditioner, where empty. No cold water when running the shower. The pool was dirty. No hot tube
