Very family friendly! We met family and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was very nice and enjoyed the hot tub! Young kids enjoyed the kiddy pool area and older kids the pool. Breakfast was very nice!

We tried to get an early check in so that we could use the pool. I called the day before check in and was told that whether or not we could check in early, we could use the pool. When we tried to check in the next day, this was not initially honored. Through conversation with I believe a supervisor who was on staff that day, she did make the exception and allowed us to use the pool and stated she was going to address the inconsistency. I appreciated her making the exception, but it was a frustrating experience when trying to be proactive in planning and in getting incorrect information, to arrive early to town explicitly based on what we were told.

Be aware that unless you’re there supposedly for three days, they’re not going to do room service unless you ask, but even then they still did not do it. Half the time the front desk staff is in the back talking on their phone, especially the older individuals, but the young ones are on top of it and more attentive. Breakfast is basic, pool and hot tub are a nice touch. Couldn’t figure out how to control the temperature of the room on the thermostat and it was pretty darn hot to the point that we actually opened up the window to get some fresh air. Safe area lots of parking.

There was a confusion about the day I was checking in. Thank goodness Sarah the girl manning the front desk wasn't afraid to do some investigative work, double check with her supervisor, and do it all with a smile. Overall, we were disappointed in the quality of our room for the price we paid. When we got to our room, the entry light would not turn on. There was no luggage rack/stand for our suitcase. Then we found that one of the beds sheets had what appeared to be a small urine stain. So we had to change the bedding on that bed. Next, the toilet paper roll holder fell off the wall and would not go back on the wall. Above the door in the bathroom, there was a wadded up ball of toilet paper that had been stuck there for who knows how long. Through the night, the heat did not work, so we froze in our room. We expected a lot better qualify when spending $200 for one nights stay. We have stayed at this property in the past and had a good experience, but this might be our last stay here for that kind of money and such a poor experience. I will say, the front desk staff was really nice; but offered nothing more than apologies when given the laundry list of things wrong with our stay. Was hoping for something more to make up for the bad room we were given.
