We.left stuff in our room after we checked out, but were.told we never when we called to collect them. so guess the cleaners took it. Nothing valuable, but receptionist became rude. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The room we stayed in was fairly un clean, there were stains on the furniture, and the walls of the bathroom. The hotel is in good need of some up keep, especially with how many hockey teams stay there in the winter.

The room was double the price compared to the summer. We stayed on the second floor and our ice machine was out of order. Plus the hot tub was not working and the heating system kept going on and off all night even though we turned it off.

Check in went great! We were celebrating Christmas with our family. We’ve been coming to Grand Forks for 3 years now but we’ve had a different hotel each year. This one was the best so far. We’re going to make reservations now for next year to make sure we can get back into this one.

Overwhelming air fresher odor in all public spaces. Toothpaste in bathroom mirror. Mouth and hand prints on windows. Dust on tv actually measurable. 50/50 at front desk; staff great and other half incredibly rude to guests and other staff members. Will not return to this hotel.
