Front desk staff member Connie was fabulous! She was very busy while maintaining kindness and professionalism, and she made sure our last minute changes were made with ease. Our room was clean and warm (not too hot or too cold like other hotels) and breakfast was great, too.

The toilet needed repair and we finally had to turn the water off in the middle of the night. The floor above us squeak so loudly when the guests walked on it we were miserable. They repaired the toilet the next afternoon and offered to try and move us to another room because of the noise made by the squeaky floors but they said it’s an old hotel and wood floors wood do that maybe the 3rd floor might have one we just stayed where we were, went to our event and checked out early the next am.
