We stayed three nights and not once was our room cleaned or our towels replaced. The omelettes at breakfast were wet and fell apart. The waffle station was good. The facility itself was clean, but the service was lacking. There is a very small pool but no hot tub, which was a disappointment.

The breakfast was 100% high carb and sugar laden food. No healthy options for someone on a limited diet. Water temperature ridiculously low. Almost froze with setting full warm Toilet barely flushed

I have stayed before with no problems but on this occasion as we were in our room, the door opened with 3 girls wanting to enter. The desk clerk assigned them our room! We had a large amount of purchases in the room as it was Black Friday which could have been gone in an instant had we not been there!! Not cool! Went to front desk and she laughed and basically said oops. Management did nothing. Not happy!!
