The motel location is on iconic highway 66. Parking was nice. But then it went downhill from there. We did the check in at about 7-8pm. We were not greeted. The staff was just straightforward telling us give your id, here's your keycard, room on the other side, coffee from 6 to 10am and thats it. We went to the room. It smelt really good ahen we walked in. It was pretty clean too. Went to the shower, the shower curtain just dropped on my head. The rod wasn't wide enough. They kept on using tissue to widen it. There was no cloth hanger in the washroom. The whole washroom got wet. The room was also pretty dark. Wifi was slow.

Staff didn't even have a room key for me. Find out he give it to another guest. Also there is supposed to be no pets but the room next door had a dog, and the dog kept barking and crying eveey time we moved. Tried to report to staff they said they couldn't do anything about it because they did have the guests information.

Over all it was fine but the cleaning smell was so overwhelming I had to sleep with the windows open all night which then was rather loud owing to the passing trains. Also someone was smoking in the room next to me so that seeped in too. The front desk person had to keep running back and forth between two properties to get me checked in but the women who cleaned my room was very dear.

The room wasn’t what it looked like online. Also, when you got there, it wasn’t a king size king size room. It was a queen size bed in a small studio room, very stingy with the towels and also very weird.

This place was so dirty and scary. You need to put some money into the hotel! Plus our room had a double bed when I reserved a king size in the room was as big as the bed, literally! When I went in and showed them my reservation for a King, she said sorry we’re sold out. I had to leave and go elsewhere and then fight for my money back.

Room 103

Arrived at the property to find the office closed with a sign saying to check in at the other property two doors down. Check in was quick and painless. I was to stay in room 103 which was back at the original property. This used to be under different ownership I assume because it had a different name. The room had been recently refurbished. It was nice a clean. More than adequate for a one-night stay. I liked the fact that I was able to park at the door of the room with my motorcycle. Bed was comfortable and there was hot water in the shower almost immediately.
