Room condition is terrible, not well taken care of or cleaned. Beds are hard and pillows were flat. Room had a gas heater that got too hot while another room had electric unit that didn’t warm properly. Refrigerator would not stay on, the plug was loose and kept coming out of the socket and would keep turning off and on throughout the night. Was not a good nights sleep.

Honest review of the hotel for one night stay it’s nice. The room itself is a little rundown, but overall quiet and clean. The picture of the room before booking is deceiving. The room in person doesn’t look that but it’s clean. Beds have bedbug covers and it’s nice.

Parking was easy. Checkin was seamless. Decent property and VERY good bang for the buck. Restaurants and coffee type places within a short walk. Basically across the street from the North end of Northern Arizona University, and only 1/2 mile to historic Downtown Flagstaff

Would not recommend. Pros: Available fairly last minute Pet friendly Family (3 beds) room options Warm heater Friendly desk clerk Cheaper than most (but you get what you pay for) Cons: The hotel room overly strong of cleaner but the blankets were definitely NOT clean. Damaged walls, poor water pressure, missing toilet paper holder, bugs, loud refrigerator, very uncomfortable beds, lack of enough electric outlets. The whole place just felt gross/neglected and we spent an extremely restless night trying to get very little sleep. Also the parking lot is super cramped and difficult to manuever in.
