Not interacting with a human was a major draw back! The property blamed the booking service for poor communication and not being able to tell us what room we were in. I traded emails because of booking issues and now they are telling me that even though the property said that they had canceled one night that I have to pay for it. If you want to me a small cozy B&B type property then do your own booking or at minimum do some proactive communications with you clients.

Very unique stay. John was very communicative and helpful. The common area with coffee and fridge was very nice. It was very comfortable. Odd to be in a room with no windows but that was our choice. We used some of the coupons left for us. Anna’s cafe was delicious.

My husband and I loved it! Our queen size bed was very comfy. The bathroom was roomy and clean. The staff were friendly and the location was really convenient for shopping and dining right out the door. Our night was quiet. There were no disturbances from the local bars or any of the neighbors, even on a Friday night. Would definitely stay again.
