Nice staff - the front desk offered us cookies and drinks upon check-in. Everything is immaculately clean. Warm ambiance in the lobby especially around the fireplace area. I had good deep sleep because of comfortable beds with clean sheets and soft pillows. Overall this hotel absolutely deserves a 5 star rating and worth every penny. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend.

Lovely Setting and Comfortable

It's a beautiful inn. The setting is comfortable. The receptionist was warm and friendly. I asked for a top floor room and distance from the elevator and ice maker because I am a light sleeper and she was more than willing to accommodate my request. The room was clean. We booked for next week when we come back through Flagstaff. Suggestion: shades in the breakfast room/lounge area. The morning sun is blinding and there is not enough seating to avoid it.

Outdated and stained

The sheets were stained, when I went to ask front desk to have them changed , they stated there was no one and gave me an attitude that I wanted them changed. I ended up doing it myself. The mattresses need to be replaced all you feel is the springs.

Breakfast was ok but coffee subpar and eggs not palatable. Room and common areas were nice. Biggest complaint is our room faced a busy intersection which disrupted our sleep all four nights. Convenient to restaurants.

Got a room near exit doors and on the first floor since we have a service dog. VERY personable front desk staff and wanting to make up feel welcome. Loved that the first floor room were higher than the parking lot so no headlights ect to bother us as we watched the rain.

Comfort Inn has always been our go-to place whenever we're in Flagstaff. The parking is convenient, there is a free breakfast, the staff are all wonderful and friendly, and the price is just right.

Parking was very easy. Theres an ourdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. Breakfast had a nice variety. The breakfast/lobby area is very cute with lots of seating options and a big fireplace. I enjoyed having a fridge and microwave in the room.
