This Ski-in/Ski-out 2 BED + LOFT corner unit is located in beautiful Granby Ranch- steps from the Kicking Horse Chairlift. Prime location for your ski vacation or to enjoy all that Granby Ranch has to offer. Sweeping views of the mountain, valley and golf course in this SUN filled 2 Bedrooms + loft with bunkbeds and trundle. Comfortably sleeps 7 in beds and 9 with the pull-out couch. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, board games, on-site hot-tub and parking. All the comforts of home located on the mountain.
This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ski in/out condo with additional Loft space where the bunk bed with trundle is found. There is also a Pack and Play for infants and young toddlers. And a sofa bed in the living room. A total of 1250 square feet.
Guests have access to the entire condo. There is a lovely indoor /outdoor pool, hot tub, and gym at the Base Lodge, inside the Ranch Hall Building. Guests may pay a daily use fee to use the space. There is another outdoor hot tub across the parking lot for Kicking horse guests as well. Other resort amenities available to guests with extra fees.

Located in the beautiful Kicking Horse Lodges at Granby Ranch Ski and year-round resort. Ski down from the condo to the Kicking Horse ski lyft, which takes you to the top of the mountain where you can access all of the runs, and get to Base Lodge. We are 20 minutes to the Town of Winter Park and Skiing; and 20 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. 15 minutes to Grand Lake. 10 minutes away are the best Tubing hills in Fraser. There is a recreation center in the town of Fraser as well.
