We visited during the low season, so it was super quiet—which we really enjoyed. At first, the place gave off Hot Tub Time Machine vibes, and honestly, it stayed true to that! It’s not updated, but it’s got its own charm and character. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a suite and were pleasantly surprised. I had been a little anxious based on other reviews, but it was clean, the bathtub looked nearly new, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. We loved the pool and jacuzzi—no one else was around, so it felt like a private spa day! I also appreciated that some suites can connect, which is a great option if you're traveling with multiple families. Overall, a quirky but fun and relaxing stay.

We have stayed there couple of times and it is very convenient and easy drive to winter park ski resort. They have the best hot tub in this area. Very family friendly and most reasonable price compare to the winter park. We will definitely come back. Thank you

This hotel is old. The rooms are in desperate need of updating. We had what we needed, including an abundance of towels. Staff was nice. It was a bonus to have the amenities offered. Beds were comfortable but we didn't use the sofa bed so I cannot comment on that.
