Al-Sabika House is a completely renovated property dating from the early 20th century, located in an idyllic setting in the heart of the Albaicin. It is distributed on three floors and its more than 120 m2 are for you and your guests. In total you will find 2 bathrooms and 3 fully equipped bedrooms, with 3 beds for a total of 5 guests.
On the first floor, you will find the living room, the kitchen and a charming Andalusian patio with a fountain and a full bathroom. This space is perfect to enjoy a good coffee while listening to the birds singing. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, Nespresso and Italian coffee makers, kettle, pans, pots, blender and complete kitchenware. In the living room you have board games, books and a Smart TV to access your Netflix accounts and other platforms. In addition, there is a hot and cold pump (air conditioning and heating) to regulate the temperature in any season of the year.
On the second floor are the three bedrooms (1.50 bed, 1.35 bed and 1.05 bed respectively) and the main bathroom. The rooms are equipped with sheets, towels, nursing pillow and cot-park (if you need it), as well as space to hang your clothes and leave your suitcase in each room. For cold days, you can use the radiators in each room and the heater in the bathroom; and for hot days, you will have fans at your disposal. In addition, the master bedroom has a heat pump air conditioner that allows you to regulate the temperature of the entire upper floor during any season of the year. In the single room you will find a desk so you can work or study. The bathroom includes all the necessary toiletries, as well as a hairdryer.
On this floor, the master bedroom has a balcony that gives access to the crown jewel: the terrace overlooking the Generalife, Sierra Nevada and much of the city and the plain of Granada.
On the third floor is exclusively the terrace, which offers incredible views of the Albaicín, Sierra Nevada, the Generalife, the Vega of Granada and part of the city center. It is the ideal place to relax at the end of the day with a cup of tea or a glass of wine in the patio set we have prepared for you.
The location is ideal, close to the center, which can be easily reached on foot, by bus, on the tourist train or by cab, with a bus stop very close to the house.
In the surrounding area, you will find all the necessary amenities: renowned bars and restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, pharmacy, supermarket and charming local stores where you can buy everything from local fashion to jewelry and charming souvenirs of the city of the Alhambra.
