My wife, two young kids and mother-in-law stayed in the premium two bedroom apartment, and we were just blown away by this property. It’s spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. Every part of the apartment is well-laid out. Too bad it was only a one night stay— probably would have booked it for longer had I known how nice it was going to be.

The place is spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, well equipped with a fridge, microwave, washer, dish washer, plates, glasses and utensils. They provide detergent for the dishes. The beds are very comfortable. The view is amazing. It is conveniently located in the heart of Granada, right behind the Royal Cathedral so you won’t miss anything. There is a bus stop right outside.

Very difficult check-in - Poor communication

Apartment was nice - spotlessly clean, in great location but experience marred by poor check in. Didn’t receive check-in information 48 hours before as advised, chased them the day before arrival, and family was standing in blazing heat on arrival trying to speak to company as still no checkin details. Very poor - and Hotels.com couldn’t get hold of them either - so shouldn’t really be on platform. I was offered £25 of points as compensation but that hasn’t been applied either. So nice apartment, just shame about hours of hassle to get in and then get answers after!!
