O quarto precisando de alguns reparos, primeiro dia o ar condicionado funcionou, os demais dias só ventilava, comuniquei à recpeção e nada foi feito . Algumas normas não foram repassadas no check in e o quarto não foi limpo no dia em qu não deixamos a chave numa caixa que indicaria o pedido de limpeza, porém houve limpeza no segundo dia sem precisar colocar a chave na caixa. No quinchecki.

Nos colocaram no anexo do Hotel. Para que é idoso já com 70 anos, deveriam entender esta demanda. Café da manhã e equipe de atendimento excelente. O Hotel precisa de requalificação estrutural!

Fomos hospedados em um anexo do hotel que fica 1 quadra quase das instalações, um ambiente mais velho e mal feito, o quarto não ficava escuro para dormir, chuveiro ruim. Garagens apertadas, enfim foi uma hospedagem estranha. Não gostamos. Ponto positivo foi o café da manhã que estava bom e bem servido. Não voltaria lá.

Atendimento excelente dos funcionários que atendem café, super atenciosos e educadíssimos!! Acomodações quarto excelente !! Único ponto negativo , aquecimento interno liga numa temperatura abaixo de 13graus, tudo certo , pois fez na noite 4 graus , porém o aquecimento não se mantém, e o barulho de água como se fosse uma cachoeira a noite toda , mesmo sem estar ligado! Bem desagradável! Acionamos recepção mas o problema persistiu!

Com relação a estadia: Ótimo atendimento, quarto limpo e confortável, café da manhã muito bom. Pontos a serem melhorados: O telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. A pia do banheiro deveria estar entupida, pois a água demorava muito a descer.

Excelente estadia! Segura, confortável, bem pertinho da Av. Borges de Medeiros e da Av. das Hortênsias, onde tudo acontece em Gramado! Os apartamentos standard ficam num prédio anexo ao lado do prédio principal onde servem o café da manhã, que é excelente!

Hotel deixou muito a desejar

Não gostei do Hotel. Pagamos por um quarto dentro do hotel e ficamos hospedados num anexo fora do hotel, onde precisávamos andar pela rua pra chegarmos e não fomos avisados disso, além disso o chuveiro não esquentava, torneiras com água fria, quarto sem aquecedor, um ar funcionando mais ou menos.... num frio terrível de Gramado, o aquecedor era muito importante. O café da manhã foi bom, servia no horário.

Hotel simples mas bem agradável! Staff maravilhoso (todos sempre muito solícitos e simpáticos). Café da manhã farto! Limpeza boa, quarto grande e confortável. Um pouco distante do centro para ir a pé mas como estava de carro não senti esse problema. Recomendo e me hospedaria novamente!

Equipe prestativa, atendimento bom. Café da manhã bom, honesto. Os aptos contam com fogão, geladeira e micro-ondas. Reservamos 2 aptos, e houve uma diferença muito grande entre eles: um estava em ótimo estado, novo. O outro apto precisa de reforma e troca de mobília: armários não funcionais, com gavetas e portas soltas, além de persiana que não fecha, faltando uma parte.
