É difícil de descrever a ótima experiência que tivemos, pois em tudo se notava o carinho e capricho desde a recepção dos funcionários até o conforto e limpeza das acomodações. Tudo excelente e ainda a localização é próxima de tudo - ótimo para aproveitar uma caminhada sem o stress de se preocupar com vagas de estacionamento/trânsito. E o café da manhã... é indescritível, simplesmente fantástico, apresentação, variedade e sabor.

Ficamos hospedados, apenas dois dias na pousada Belluno, mas foram incriveis. Nos sentimos, carinhosamente , acolhidos desde a nossa chegada (Check In) até a saída (Check Out). Fica até difícil escrever sobre a Pousada Belluno, faltam caracteres. Localização perfeita, atendimento perfeito e o melhor café da manhã de hotel da vida. Produtos de altíssima qualidade, tudo elaborado por profissionais que sabem o que estão fazendo e se dedicam ao extremo. Come-se inicialmente com os olhos com tanto detalhe e delicadeza, depois a adorável surpresa de ser tudo extremamente saboroso. Sempre muitíssimo bem atendidos pelo Guilherme, simpático, solícito, inteligente. O cuidado com os detalhes e o sabor de absolutamente tudo que serviam denota o carinho e atenção com os hóspedes. O quarto que escolhemos era ótimo, extremamente limpo, milhares de travesseiros, tudo cheiroso e agradável. Cada cantinho da pousada tinha um detalhe que demonstrava a atenção com o hóspede. Seguimos viagem para outra cidade e tivemos a oportunidade de se hospedar em um hotel de altíssima recomendação, mas que para nós não chegou aos pés da Belluno no quesito atenção e carinho com o hóspede, sem mencionar o banquete de café da manhã. Certamente será nosso ponto único de hospedagem em Gramado de agora em diante. Tivemos também a cordialidade de Carlos e Alisson, além do carinho de Cássia, que tornaram nossa estadia ainda mais especial. O atendimento de toda a equipe foi impecável, sempre atenciosos e preocupados com cada detalhe. Se você não conseguir se hospedar por um motivo ou outro, pode ir lá ao menos tomar um café da manhã de realeza.
