Então somos um casal de idosos e nos hospedarão no 3° andar, tivemos que subir os andares com malas sem nenhuma ajuda, sendo q no quarto não tem telefone com a recepção, então se precisassemos algo teríamos que descer 3 andares, não recomendo para idosos!!!!

Gostei mt da estadia! O local é a 5min a pé do centro de Gramado, tranquilo pra caminhar qualquer hora. Pousada bem aconchegante, dona Terezinha, a proprietária, é muito gentil e simpática. O café da manhã é muito bom! O quarto tem alguns contras: as escadas, falta aqueecedor e um detalhe ou outro que poderia melhorar, como mais prateleiras e móveis, porém n chega a prejudicar, pois são espaçosos e a cama confortável, tv, brigobar e água quente. Vale lembrar que como é pousada, não tem os mesmos serviços de um hotel... Recomendo muito! 👍

Os administradores da pousada são pessoas muito receptivas, bem acolhedoras e empáticas.A unica dificuldade foi o fato das escadas, pois minha amiga sofreu com o subir e descer.
