Fiquei decepcionado. Escolhi o Master Gramado porque há muito tempo estive no hotel, além das fotos e status de boa hospedagem que aparecem nas avaliações dos apps. Mas parece que o hotel foi um pouco (nem tão pouco) abandonado... piso manchado, paredes estufadas por infiltração, com marcas de água escorrendo... moldura da janela caindo, lustres enferrujados, carpete com rasgos e relevos... móveis gastos, com quinas quebradas... mato nascendo na área externa, inclusive no ambiente da piscina... Decepcionante também o café da manhã, fraco para o nível de hotel que se pretende vender... Havia um evento e a parte envidraçada para o vale estava inacessível, uma pena restringir os outros hóspedes. Outra: com diárias de R$ 500,00, ainda têm coragem de cobrar estacionamento dos hóspedes, com a desculpa de que é terceirizado... A equipe, no entanto, bem atenciosa e simpática, mas de longe o que ficou foi a má impressão de um prédio largado e com serviço que não condiz com o status que se apresenta.

Eu não esperava um hotel tão velho.. Vamos começar pelo atendimento na recepção que foi bem ruim e bem bagunçada. hotel, móveis, sofá tudo muito velho e precário. Chegando no hotel descubro que a piscina que no anúncio é foto de maquete é fria e suja. Quartos velhos, com pintura muito mal feita, paredes sujas o banheiro então limpeza péssima. Não voltarei e muito menos vou recomendar.

Hotel bom,café da manhã ótimo,o jantar que estava incluso na diária era simples e mesmo indo jantar as 19:00 que foi o horário que começa ser servido,a carne já estava fria,a piscina é boa e tem uma vista legal,porém não é muito grande pelo tanto de hóspedes que tem no hotel e como não tem ninguém pra cuidar,as pessoas acabam fazendo o que bem entendem,tinha gente bebendo cerveja long neck dentro da piscina,crianças pulando de cabeça,além de molhar todas as nossas coisas que estavam na cadeira,com os pulos,ficavam gritando,como se a piscina fosse só deles e os pais apoiando,liguei pra recepção do hotel pra avisar e fui informado que uma pessoa iria lá “Dar uma olhada” e depois de uns 30 minutos veio um rapaz que realmente só olhou e saiu,não falou nada,emfim,o hotel em si é bom,mas oque me fez escolher o hotel,foi a piscina e no fim eu eu minha esposa não conseguimos aproveitar quase nada,pagamos 2 diárias e ficamos mais no quarto do que na piscina,na academia a mesma coisa,crianças brincando com a bola de pilates e chutando nos outros,mesmo que sem querer encomoda,o hotel tem tudo pra ser bom,se colocassem alguém pra cuidar na piscina e melhorassem o jantar,ficaria 100%!
