El hotel está increíble! Tiene muchísimas opciones de ocio para todas las edades! Pero las piscinas quedan lejos de las habitaciones entonces les recomiendo llevar una bata para evitar tener frío al estar mojados! Las opciones de desayuno, almuerzo y cena son muy variadas y deliciosas! Un 10 en general!

O hotel é muito bom, principalmente para famílias com crianças. Infelizmente a piscina interna estava interditada, mas foi dado como alternativa ir em outra de outro hotel da rede que foi tranquilo quanto a isso. A única coisa chata é ser abordado por pessoas dentro do resort vendendo cotas do hotel, já evitamos isso na rua e dentro do hotel no nosso descanso é totalmente inconveniente. Na hora do check in deveria dar a opção de querer conhecer a proposta e posteriormente alguém entra em contato sem ser invasivo. O café da manhã e toda parte de diversão para crianças e recepção do hotel foi incrível e estão de parabéns.

O hotel em si é excelente, muito limpo, organizado e com alimentação impecável (café, almoço e jantar maravilhosos). No entanto, sempre existem ressalvas, e deixo este relato para ajudar os futuros hóspedes, principalmente sobre a estrutura externa. A piscina externa estava apenas morna, então não se engane: em dias com temperatura inferior a 20°C, você dificilmente conseguirá utilizá-la por causa do frio. O pior, contudo, foram os spas/jacuzzis externos — que foram o fator decisivo para escolhermos o hotel — e simplesmente não estavam funcionando. Pagamos mais caro por essa experiência e não pudemos usufruir. A piscina interna é bem boa, assim como as saunas. Eu até relevaria o problema técnico se o hotel não fosse tão inflexível em outras regras, como o horário do check-out. Como nossa reserva era pensão completa e o almoço abria às 12h, pedimos uma tolerância para a saída. Não houve flexibilidade. Tivemos que fazer o check-out, esperar o restaurante abrir e, depois do almoço, não tínhamos mais o quarto disponível nem para uma higiene básica antes de pegar a estrada. Se são assim rígidos informem no site do hotel quais os recursos que não estão funcionando para não gerarem frustrações, ou ofereçam desconto no valor da diária. Apesar desses contratempos operacionais, o saldo é positivo. Recomendo o hotel e pretendo voltar no futuro, esperando que esses pontos recebam mais atenção da gerência.

Escolhemos o hotel pela proposta de resort, porém alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. A piscina aquecida estava fria, as crianças batiam queixo dentro da água, o chuveiro do quarto era fraco e não aquecia completamente, e o secador não funcionava. O blackout do quarto também era ruim, deixando entrar muita claridade. Além disso, faltam placas de localização pelo hotel, o que dificulta encontrar alguns espaços. São pontos importantes que precisam de melhoria para uma experiência mais confortável.
