O banheiro é muito apertado (minúsculo), as instalações e moveis são antigos e não conservados. A imagem da TV só pega com chuvisco, não tem antena. O café é simples, mas satisfatório. Funcionários atenciosos.

Problemas na reserva, porém tudo resolvido

Tivemos um problema na reserva do quarto e nos levaram para uma acomodação inferior, apenas após o questionamento sobre a reserva, verificou-se que de fato aquela acomodação não era a reservada. Dormimos a primeira noite nesta acomodação, porém no dia seguinte já organizaram a acomodação correta. O café da manhã é excelente.

Excelente estadia

Gostei muito da hospitalidade e presteza em me atender.Quartos bem limpos,só precisa olhar o registro do chuveiro que estava solto.Quartos limpos,camas que acomodariam acredito que até 10 pessoas (quarto era com 2 andares),ar condicionado e calefação perfeitas (e Gramado teve a mais baixa temperatura do ano na minha estadia),café da manhã com variedades,funcionárias sempre solícitas.Minha estadia em Gramado mais uma vez foi excelente.Localização é privilegiada pois fica na metade do caminho Entre Canela e o centro de Gramado.

Pousada charmosa em bairro bem central, facilitando acesso a Gramado e Canela, sem o tumulto. Chalés com calefação no quarto e banheiro e lareira. Acomodação limpa e agradavelmente perfumada - notei ser uma preocupação constante da equipe a limpeza de todos os ambientes da pousada ! Banheiro bonito e moderno, com excelente banho e secador de cabelos. Café da manhã com variedade e saboroso, servido em sala bem decorada e aconchegante. O atendimento muito atencioso e simpático - SEMPRE ! Wi-fi funciona bem nos quartos. Só senti falta de tomadas ao lado da cama para carregar o celular e de um abajur. Recomendo !
