Enjoy your holiday in a spacious, light-flooded 110 m² apartment with a magnificent view of the Alps and direct access to the 60 m² sun terrace. Garden furniture, sunshade, awning and barbecue invite you to relax outdoors – whether at breakfast in the morning sun or at a cosy dinner under the open sky.

The Haus am Alpenblick is located at the edge of the forest, in close proximity to the nature adventure park "Schlühüwanapark," the local museum "Hüsli," and an adventure brewery. On the 4,000 m² property, you will find the main house with a holiday apartment and a large terrace on the ground floor, as well as three bungalows, each with its own terrace. In addition, there is a large communal terrace, which you are welcome to use.

- Pets: A maximum of one small to medium-sized dog (up to 10 kg) is welcome (for an additional fee).

Wir genossen die großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung sehr. Die grosse Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, wenn dann mal die Sonne kommt :)

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit im Schwarzwald und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich u.mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Vor allem die Küche ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an Nichts. Auch die Terasse ist sehr schön...sie ist "eingezäunt", so dass unser kleiner Vierbeiner Auslauf hat, aber nicht weglaufen konnte. DIe Umgebung bietet jede Menge Abwechslung für Unternehmungen. Alles ist so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter Herrn Schneider. Er hat uns mit vielen Tipps u.netten Gesprächen beratend zur Seite gestanden (Ausflugsziele,Restaurants...usw.) Wir kommen sehr gerne und auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Empfehlenswerte Location

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Familie Schneider sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war / ist sehr nett, die nähere Umgebung lädt zum Abschalten und Genieße der Natur geradezu ein. Die Wohnung ist, unserer Meinung nach, mit viel Charme eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ein Traum, so dass im Vergleich zu "Zubause" an nichts fehlt. Die große Grünfläche hat unserem Hund zum Toben ohne Leine sehr gefallen. Wir würden wiederkommen :)

Schönste Schwarzwald Ferienwoche

Wir können von der Woche nur schwärmen. Im Appartment Irene im Haupthaus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. + Saubere Räume + Top ausgerüstete Küche mit Induktionsherd, Geschirrspühler, die wichtigsten Gewürze, und noch ein paar Kaffeekapseln, falls man wie wir am Samstag anreisen und noch keine dabei haben (so konnten wir am Montag welche kaufen) + Ausziehsofa, falls man mit mehr als 4 Personen anreist + Bücher und Gesellschaftsspiele, falls man keine mitnehmen mag. + Sandkasten für unseren Sohn (3.5 Jahre) + Möglichkeit auch im Garten ein Lagerfeuer zu machen. + Wohnung ist in Gehdistanz zu vielen Attraktionen des Schwarzwaldes, wie Hüsli, Brauerei Rothaus (mit super Spielplatz), Schlüh-Hü-Wa-Na-Park uvm. Und nicht zuletzt: + Total unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Runtum zufrieden!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet, zb die Küche mit Mixer, Reibe, Zerkleinerer etc .Die umfasste Terasse war für uns mit den kleinen Kindern und Hund optimal. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage am Schlühüwanapark und Schlüchtsee ist auch sehr schön.

Super Gastgeber und Wohnung. Die voll ausgestattete Küche hat uns überrascht. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Die Terasse sah auch sehr gut aus. Leider konnten wir sie aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles vorhanden und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Ausrichtung der großen Terrasse war ideal zum Sonnen und zum Grillen. Danke der Gästekarte ist der ÖPNV für einen großen Teil von BW inkludiert. Somit konnten wir Freiburg und Titisee bequem erkunden. Die Region und die Ferienwohnung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Danke Familie Schneider für die vielen guten Tipps und die sehr netten Gespräche. Tipp: Nutzung des Brötchenbringservices der Bäckerei Müller im nächsten Ort.

Trotz Regen ein paar schöne Tage im Schwarzwald

Leider hat das Wetter bei unserem Urlaub diesmal nicht so ganz mitgespielt, da war es gut, dass die Wohnung schön groß war. Die Küche ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet, das Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche war angenehm für meinen gehbehinderten Mann. Für Rollstuhlfahrer wäre es allerdings etwas zu klein; und ein Haltegriff in der Dusche würde die Benutzung sicherer machen. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Fernseher sowie ein voller Bücherschrank. Es gibt zwei große Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum, die Matratzen sind eher hart. Die wunderschöne große Terrasse ist allerdings nur etwa 30 Meter von der Hauptstraße nach Grafenhausen entfernt, Berufs- und Wochenendverkehr sind etwas störend.

Une superbe semaine de vacances :)

L'appartement est superbe, il y a plein de place. Nous étions 4, avec un chien de 35 kgs. Les enfants avaient leur chambre et nous la notre. Une salle de bains à l'italienne, sèche serviettes, wc et lavabo avec accès sur la chambre parentale et le hall desservant les autres pièces. Le salon et la salle à manger sont spacieux et confortables. La cuisine est très bien équipée et l'électroménager très récent. La terrasse close est très appréciable et équipée pour les repas en extérieur. De plus, cela est parfait pour un chien qui bénéficie d'un espace de liberté au grand air! La localisation est idéale pour des balades, baignades, visites et découverte de cette région splendide. Les propriétaires sont charmants, extrêmement disponibles et arrangeants tout en respectant l'intimité des locataires. Nous recommandons grandement cette location qui nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour au cœur de la Forêt Noire que nous avons découverte avec enchantement! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute :)

Wij hebben erg genoten. De woning is ruim en verzorgd. Heel goeie, moderne keuken. De eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk. Goede ligging, rustig met een groot terras en een grote tuin. Zwemgelegenheid en een erg kindvriendelijke wandeling vlakbij. Degelijk restaurant vlakbij. Voor de supermarkt en de bakker heb je wel een auto (of fiets) nodig. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Kortom: een aanrader !

Gepflegte Wohnung mit sehr großer Sonnenterasse. Top modernes Badezimmer, große Küche mit hochwertigen Einbaugeräten und gemütlichem Ess - und Wohnbereich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist für Ausflüge in den Hochschwarzwald ideal.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet und uns hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt- für eine Familie mit Kindern nur zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter waren sehr entgegenkommend und stets hilfsbereit auch was Tips für Unternehmungen und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten anbelangt, was in der Region nicht zu knapp zur Verfügung steht.
