✔ HOA registration required 4 days prior to arrival (late fees apply)

✔ Guest Limit: Maximum of 4 guests per stay. This includes both overnight and visiting guests, as well as children ages 3 and older.

✔ Amenity passes available: $8–$10/day or $30–$50/week per person (seasonal)

✔ Pet-friendly: up to 1 pets

($150 per pet, non-refundable)

✔ Full payment required 5 days before check-in for direct bookings

✔ Government ID required for non-Airbnb reservations

✔Failure to submit your HOA registration on time may result to HOA fines ranging around $250.00 to $500.00 on top of the late fee.

This will take effect if HOA send us a violation notice with the fines.
