Pros- the location is fantastic - directly across the central station for train and bus. Nordstan Mall is 100m away. Right in the heart of the city. Can't to much better than this. -The breakfast was simply outstanding - especially the overnight oatmeal topped with turkeyish yogurt, their berry compote and sunflower seeds.. YUM! - The beds were very comfortable, slept well. The room itself was in the older section on the hotel, pleasant enough but not very bright - somber atmosphere. Cons - Our bedroom was poorly lite. One of the ceiling bulb was out. No direct lighting at the desk to write in my journal. The air exchange vent in the shower stall made a constant noise like when the toilet tank is filling up with water. - First time ever staying at a hotel where the guests have to pay to use their swimming pool and sauna. I realize that it's like a spa, and one would expect to pay for services like a massage or any other form of treatment...but for the pool? -Lastly, the Expedia site on which I booked this hotel has two entries - one as laundry and dry cleaning services, the other as having a laundry facility which would indicate that washing and drying machines are available for guests, usually at a cost. This was one of the main reasons why I chooses this hotel, except it doesn't. We had already been traveling for a week, so it would have been nice to have our clothes washed when living out of our backpacks, without having to pay an arm and a leg for laundry services.

Het hotel heeft oud- en een nieuw gedeelte. Voorzieningen in het nieuwe gedeelte zijn voortreffelijk. In het oude gedeelte hebben kamers geen goede oplaadmogelijkheden en zijn ze relatief klein voor de status, die het hotel zich aanmeet

Hotellrummet var billigt sett till dagens priser, 1 157kr. Rummet var väldigt litet och inte särskilt uppdaterat. Duschen hade en superkort duschvägg så vattnet spred sig i på badrumsgolvet och man var tvungen att stå på ett löst lock till duschavloppet när man duschade. Men rummet hade stor tv, dock inga streamingtjänster. Sängen var ganska hård men ändå tillräckligt mjuk, perfekt. Se upp så att ni får en säng som verkligen är stor nog för två personer, det var knappt att vi två normalstora personer fick plats i sängen i ett classic-rum. Allmänutrymmena var supertjusiga! Frukosten var god med supergott nybakat bröd och bra bredd på utbudet! Men påfyllningen på frukosten var under all kritik, alldeles för långsam. Jättemycket var slut och det tog lång tid innan endast ett par saker fylldes på åt gången. Personalen var trevlig.
