1st Floor:

Kitchen -
Stocked with pots, pans, 4 ovens including a state of the art Bosch microwave/speed oven, Subzero refrigerator, cookbooks, Jenn-Air gas cooking range and more.

Eat in kitchen seating for 5-7 people for those quick meals.

High chair and children’s plate and utensils also provided.

Butler Pantry -
Wine cooler, 2nd large sink, counter space for prepping and 2nd dishwasher

Living Room 1 -

Located off the kitchen, this bedroom with a ceiling fan and black out curtains has a twin bed for those wanting easy access to the 1st floor.

Laundry Room -
2 new Samsung washers and 2 new Samsung dryers complement a separate sink basin.

A place to hang coats, leave scarves, gloves or shoes.

Guest access
All 3 floors will be accessible.
Pool is open from late May to end of September.
Tennis court is open year round.
