    Terrible Experience

    The room we received was absolutely filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom and feces in the toilet. Everything looked extremely outdated. To make matters worse, the shower leaked water everywhere, and there were no blankets in the room. We complained to the front desk and requested a room change, but the hotel manager was nowhere to be found. The hotel staff never apologized for the inconvenience and just told us to come back the next morning. We had no choice but to raise our voices, and only then did the staff call the manager, who finally sent a cleaning lady to our room. It was a horrible experience!
    Stayed 5 nights in Aug 2024
