We could not even get to the room.. we booked an executive room, and they had a wedding on, obviously people were sharing room and were parking wherever with the extra cars, we could not park in our rooms carpark, nor even in the same vicinity of one of the 3 lodges clumped together carparks. There were cars parking other cars in, so we decided to write it off, get a refund and go home. Whilst the staff gave us a refund, they had no interest or intent to actually try to fix the problem. I would never recommend this establishment.

Nice beds but nothing else

Very noisy with loud music when hosting weddings until 11pm. Shower water floods into toilet area and into living area under door.

2 night stay for a wedding on the mountain. the food at restaurant was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. the surroundings in the forest was a delight and there was plenty to do . the bed was hard as was the pillow but all else was ok. The resort is a fantastic place for families and young people, many things to entertain the kids.

Lovely location and beautiful setting but it was surprisingly noisy with a function one night (complete with loud guests afterwards) and motorcyclists who roar above your head on the nearby road from the early hours of the morning. Machinery also started up at 7am on Saturday morning. Room was great and very clean but the bed was awful. Very lumpy and uncomfortable - probably the worst bed I’ve ever slept in.

Grear night

Great room, great view. Then the party animals come back from the wedding and continued to party outside the the units in the red chairs untill very late. Not happy about that.

Friendly staff Dirty room Function held with very loud shi**y music until 11.30pm If we were told of the loud music would have chosen somewhere more tranquil and relaxing Room was smelly - like septic tank First time I’ve ever complained:-( Disappointed

Great room size double basin bathroom full length mirror. Liked the bench over the end of the bed. Rooms directly beside each other and the path runs past a rooms so not that private or quiet.

Gold Coast accomodation

My room smelled of damp. The carpet along one wall was perished and full of mould. Not only did this make the room unpleasant,it was also unhealthy! When I mentioned the condition of the room to a staff member on checking out, she seemed unconcerned.
