Not sure the reason for so may bad reviews. I thought they we're great. They accommodated my late arrival when I called ahead. I had no trouble getting into my room and settled. They Welcomed our two dogs and had a nice area for us to take our dogs and supplied bags for potty pickups. The access to the beach was awesome. The room was clean,the staff was helpful and the breakfasts were quite good for a continental breakfast. Everything about our stay was great I will be back

A place to sleep, splurge on the ocean view,

The hotel has ocean view rooms but I chose no view as I was solo and saving money. The room was comfortable enough but there are some updates needed. I could see full daylight under half the front door. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was bare bones, but I’d never rate a hotel based on that. Im sure the ocean view rooms are more appealing just for the ocean. I stayed in room 404…
This was a non view room… I guess the renovations are going to the view rooms.

Great place!

Great place if you just need somewhere to stay for a night or 2. Has beach access, clean rooms, friendly service, breakfast included. The only downside was no AC.

Honestly the property was not bad. The staff wasn’t super friendly or helpful. The pet deposit listed on their website was $10 and they ended up charging me $25 per night for pet fee. The pool area was closed…So that was unexpected and disappointing. If I couldn’t find anywhere else, I would stay here again.

Check-in was a nightmare. Booked for 3 PM, told it was 4 PM, but my room still wasn’t ready until after 5. Staff had zero communication—literally said “I have no idea” when asked for an ETA. The Lighthouse Suite reeked of industrial cleaner so bad we had to air it out just to breathe. Disorganized, unprofessional, and unpleasant. Never again.

This place is an absolute joke. I’ve stayed here many times they advertise. They have a Jacuzzi. It’s always broken. They advertise that they have a continental breakfast. They did not have butter. All they had out was some potatoes and a couple slices of bread no milk no butter no eggs just sorry potatoesThis is the second time I stayed there in this place is full of excuses why they do not provide what they say they have online

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I feel it's important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel's advertised appearance was far from reality. The hallway leading to my room was in disrepair, with dirty light fixtures and what appeared to be mold growth. There was also ongoing construction, which added to the unpleasant atmosphere. The room itself was a major letdown. Cleanliness was a significant issue; I found a dirty towel with lipstick stains, which is completely unacceptable. Instead of proper air conditioning, there was only a plug-in fan, which barely provided any relief. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a warped door due to moisture. Furthermore, the bed frame was exposed missing a cover sheet. Safety was also a concern. The bathroom door didn't lock, and the safety lock on the main door was missing, leaving me feeling insecure. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodation.
