We had trouble finding a place to eat nearby without walking blocks in the cold. Needs an in hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner. Most nearby places to eat are only open and night and bars with food. We checked out three days early and were told our partially refundable fee was not refundable at all. Suggest they add herbal, tea and cocoa to their drink bar besides tea and coffee.

It was pretty good except that a few guest with small child somehow decided open the suitcase in the hallway at midnight (4am!) while their child cries like crazy- it was chaotic. I wish the hotel reminds all the guest to stay in their room until checkout (and not start packing/unpacking in the common area or make extra noise during quiet time)

I can't put a finger to it but the rooms feels weird and overall stingy - just 1 pillow for a double bed with 1 set of cups/toothbrush set. Of course, you are welcome to ask for another at the reception. Room is generally clean. Limited spread at breakfast table. Beautiful view of the waters that cannot be enjoyed fully as the sun blasts into your eyes. Thankfully, the friendly hotel staff saved this review from a 2 star.
