Bom, bonito, mas não retorno.

O hotel está em ótimas condições (recepção, elevadores e quarto, não vi o restante). O café da manhã foi muito bom (o restaurante é terceirizado). No entanto, o chuveiro do banheiro demora para esquentar e a maçaneta estava soltando. O que realmente me incomodou foi o serviço de quarto, que na verdade não houve. Primeiro, no check-in, pedi dois travesseiros adicionais, mas fui informado que não havia disponibilidade. Segundo, pedi um lanche via delivery e precisei de alguns copos e guardanapos. Tive que descer novamente, mas o hotel não dispunha desse material. Tive que pedir ao restaurante terceirizado, e foi perceptível o desconforto deles com o pedido. Por fim, a internet estava lenta.
