Se você está em dúvida sobre qual hotel ficar, não recomendaria este de jeito nenhum. O único diferencial é um belo jardim. Começamos por um check-in confuso e bem demorado, com comentários inapropriados do atendente sobre a nossa aparência de cansaço. Totalmente sem profissionalismo. Ao pegar o elevador, ficamos presos, e sequer pediram desculpas pelo inconveniente ou falaram algo para nos acalmar. Um dos quartos com forte cheiro de mofo. Não tinha cobertor nem secador de cabelo. Não teve sequer um funcionário que atendeu com simpatia. Café da manhã fraco, ovos com aparência estranha e cheio de leite, pedi para cozinhar um ovo pra mim, o funcionário Luciano agiu com deboche e foi rude. Éramos 5, descemos às 9h para tomar café e só tinha 3 iogurtes, e disseram que não iriam disponibilizar mais, tivemos que dividir. Equipe precisando de treinamento urgentemente. Estacionamento tem que pagar a parte. Enfim, não vale o preço e foi uma infeliz e decepcionante experiência.
