The newly built in 2012/13 House Morgenstern offers 6 comfortable apartments with exclusive facilities. In the spacious living and dining area has space for up to 4 people. Enjoy your holiday on the Baltic Sea in a stylish and homely ambience. If necessary, the sofa doubles as a sofa bed. A flat-screen TV is in the living room and in the bedroom.
For a quiet evening, some books and board games are provided. On the adjoining terrace / balcony you can enjoy the evening with a glass of wine.
The kitchenette is fully equipped. From the freezer an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster up to the egg cooker nothing to be desired. The bathroom complete a towel heater and a hair dryer the equipment, partly with washing machine.
Family friendliness is important to us. In each apartment is complimentary a high chair and a travel cot available.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Makeln
Unsere Bewertung bezieht sich auf die von uns gemietete Ferienwohnung (FeWo3).
Die Kommunikation im Voraus verlief problemlos und auch die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut - nach nur wenigen Schritten hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Ostsee, der REWE-Supermarkt ist sehr nah. Auch die Restaurants sind nicht fern und der Strand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar.
Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Dass sie durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss und eine umgebende hohe Hecke recht dunkel war, hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Im Sommer, wenn es sehr warm ist, ist dies sicher vorteilhaft.
Eine eigene Terasse steht auch zur Verfügung, allerdings umgeben von pflegeleichtem aber umweltschädlichem Kunstrasen... Das fanden wir nicht so toll, darüber können wir jedoch hinwegsehen.
Was uns hingegen sehr negativ auffiel, ist die mangelhafte Sauberkeit. Ein großer Fleck auf der Couch (diese Ecke haben wir dann gemieden), ein dreckiger Schubkasteneinsatz für das Besteck, eine sehr staubige und fleckige Handtuchheizung sowie eine Klobrille, die bereits so verfärbt war, dass es Überwindung kostete, sich darauf zu setzen.
Die eine oder andere Erneuerung ist hier nach unserem Geschmack zwingend notwendig, ebenso wie eine gründlichere Reinigung. Dann wäre diese Ferienwohnung wirklich top.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, sehr schön, praktisch eingerichtet und es gibt sogar ein Gartenhäuschen, um die Fahrräder unterzustellen. Toll fand ich, dass es ein Kinderreisebett und einen Hochstuhl sowie einen kleinen Kindertritt gibt, sehr praktisch!

Nicht das erste Mal und wieder nicht enttäuscht
Nach einem Besuch 2014 - jetzt wieder da gewesen und weiterhin eine sehr schöne modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, welche in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und abseits der Urlauberströme liegt. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Und auch die Fahrräder waren gut unterzustellen. Würde und habe ich wieder gebucht.

klein aber fein
Wir (2 Erwachsene) waren Anfang September 2018 in Ihrer Fewo.
Für zwei Personen bietet diese schnuckelige FeWo genügend Platz. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, so dass wir diese an manchen Abenden auch zum kochen genutzt haben. Zum Essen hatte man sowohl in der Wohnküche, als auch auf der Terrasse die Möglichkeit.
Super fanden wir auch, dass es eine Parkmöglichkeit am Haus für alle Gäste gibt, den Strand konnte man bequem zu Fuß in 10 min erreichen.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder bei Ihnen buchen.
