The inconvenience was no elevator, which I do not remember seeing that noted on their webpage or Expedia ad. I had a recent knee transplant. I can slowly manage stairs going up, but it is much more difficult coming down. My husband had to carry everything upstairs and required 2 or 3 trips, because I couldn't help. If we had known it did not have an elevator, we would have requested a room on the mainfloor or we would have chosen a different hotel.

On this trip I had previously stayed 6 days in Collingwood at the Comfort Inn and this hotel was in Sault St. Marie on my home from a weeks holiday visiting family. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room Clean. Hotel situated near hotels and shopping and within walking distance to some. Will definitely stay here again.

Area outside the hotel is noisy and a little rough and dirty. Room itself was spacious and clean, though a little noisy as it's right next to a major road.
