It consists of a combined living room / bedroom with a pantry kitchen. In the hall there is a separate bathroom for sole use available. In front of the house is a small, covered sitting area. The apartment is located near the shallow water beach of Holnis peninsula, the natural beaches in Langballig and Bockholmwik and Glücksburger Kurstrand with its pier and the historic beach hotel. The location of the apartment right next to the Rüder lake makes a perfect start to long walks and bike rides.

The apartment has a size of about 40 square meters and is located on the upper floor of a residential building. Through a common entrance you enter the hall and a staircase to the upper floor.  In the apartment there is a queen size bed 1,40 m × 2,00 m and a round corner with sleep function (140 cm × 200) as well as TV with receiver, satellite system, radio. The kitchen area is equipped as follows: kitchenette with 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave with grill and baking function, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and kettle. The modern shower room is located separately in the same corridor upstairs and is of course for sole use for guests of the apartment. Bathrobes are available free of charge. In front of the house is a small, covered sitting area.

Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 21:00 and departure from 06:00 to 10:00.
