The Space:

Experience Gloucester’s waterfront from a private unit located within a small private marina in the heart of Rocky Neck. Surrounded by boats, docks, and harbor views, this unique setting places guests directly on the water.



The residence itself is fully private and includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, open living and dining areas, and in-unit laundry. Just outside, guests are welcome to enjoy the marina’s shared waterfront deck, complete with lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the full unit, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and in-unit laundry.



Guests are also welcome to enjoy the marina’s shared waterfront deck, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area, and BBQ grill. These outdoor spaces are shared with a small number of neighboring residents and marina users.



The ground-level building entrance and interior hallway are shared. Guests will use an access code to enter the building and a second coded door to access the private unit.



A dedicated off-street parking area is provided directly in front of the unit. One vehicle fits comfortably, and two smaller vehicles may fit tandem within the assigned space. Additional street parking and a free public parking lot are also available nearby. Detailed parking and entry instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The unit is located in Rocky Neck, one of Gloucester’s most distinctive waterfront neighborhoods. Known for its working marina, art galleries, restaurants, cafés, and maritime character, Rocky Neck offers an authentic Cape Ann setting with plenty to explore on foot.



Guests can walk to nearby galleries, waterfront dining, and scenic harbor areas, or take a short drive into downtown Gloucester for additional restaurants, shops, museums, whale watches, and views of the working waterfront. Niles Beach, Good Harbor Beach, the Back Shore, and Eastern Point are also nearby.



Because the home is located within a small marina complex, guests will experience the everyday sights and sounds of the waterfront, including boats arriving and departing, dock activity, and occasional conversations from neighboring residents and marina users.



Our Stay Cape Ann team lives and works locally and is always happy to share recommendations for restaurants, beaches, galleries, harbor activities, and lesser-known Cape Ann favorites.



Getting Around:

Rocky Neck’s galleries, restaurants, cafés, and waterfront areas are easily explored on foot.



A car is helpful for visiting Gloucester’s beaches and the wider Cape Ann area. The property includes a dedicated off-street parking area directly in front of the unit. One vehicle fits comfortably, and guests traveling with two smaller cars may be able to park tandem within the assigned space.



Additional street parking is available nearby, along with a free public parking lot within walking distance.



Downtown Gloucester, Niles Beach, Good Harbor Beach, the Back Shore, Eastern Point, Stage Fort Park, and Rockport are all accessible by short drive. Seasonal Gloucester Water Shuttle service may also provide a scenic way to travel between Rocky Neck and other harborfront stops.

Other Things to Note:

This is a private residential unit located within a small working marina. Guests should expect normal marina activity, including boats arriving and departing, dock activity, occasional conversations, and the everyday sounds of Gloucester’s waterfront.



The waterfront deck, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area, and BBQ grill are available for guests to enjoy but are shared with neighboring residents and marina users. We kindly ask guests to leave these areas tidy and remain respectful of others using the space.



The building entrance and hallway are also shared. Please be mindful of noise and respectful of neighboring residents, particularly during the evening hours.



Parking: A dedicated off-street parking area is provided directly in front of the unit. One vehicle fits comfortably. Two smaller vehicles may fit tandem, provided both remain fully within the assigned parking area and do not interfere with neighboring spaces. Additional street parking and a free public parking lot are available nearby.



No pets, smoking, or events are permitted.



Traveling with little ones? A pack-and-play and high chair may be available upon request. Please let us know before arrival so we can confirm availability and have the requested item ready for your stay.
