Everything was great. The check in was hassle free, the staff were very polite and professional and the room, perfectly clean. I did have an issue with the heater not keeping the room warm, when I arrived, but the 2 staff who dealt with it, went out of their way to solve the issue. The Hotel is very conveniently situated and there is ample parking and no potholes, unlike a similar Hotel nearby. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. I've used this Hotel on a number of occasions and because of the experience, I feel that it's well worth paying a little extra.

Clean comfortable room.Friendly staff. Great parking.Breakfast was running out quickly so waiting around to be topped up and no eggs at all but nice overall. We had a ground floor room and the family in the next adjoining room were very noisy till late and you could here every word they were saying/shouting and the kids running around so noise is a bit of an issue as no soundproofing at all.
