Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Small, open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Sitting area. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Parking (1 car) at the house.
