Super cute room close to town with nature at its best. Elk were walking up the road in front of the parking lot. The back of the room was on the river and they had a nice little light show when we stayed. Staff was very friendly. Room was fully stocked with dishes and coffee essentials. The hot tub was great and had robes! They are building new units but we were gone before they were working.

River lodge queen was tiny little room with bed that tilted with the uneven floor. Dirty towel was left on back of bathroom door. No counter space. Floors were so dirty I had to take my slippers and wipe dirt/hair off the bottom of them before packing them.

The property is well maintained and the staff were so helpful. It’s a peaceful distance from downtown but not too far. Everything is minutes away. 4 miles from Fall River entrance to RMNP. Slept with patio door open and slept peaceful with the sound of the stream!

Very quaint property. My room is facing a stream and it’s nice to hear the water flowing over the rocks. Nice check in with a chilled bottle of champagne and candles. Very sweet after my son and I travelled from afar. Great staff gave us electric bikes and we rode around Lake Estes yesterday. So fun.
