Wilderness 11, just South of the Homestead's main entrance, is a beachfront condo with amazing views of the Manitou Islands and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Morning coffee on the deck, walks on the beach & evening campfires hosts a relaxing day on vacation. The primary bedroom has a queen bed & TV. The loft has 2 twin beds and full bath. The main floor features full kitchen, open living and walk out to the deck leading to Lake Michigan.

Glen Arbor Beach

Wonderful views of Sleeping Bear Bay. Sunsets from the deck. Quiet location with short walk to large sandy beach or the Crystal River. Condo had everything we needed but has seen some use. Beds were comfy. Lower bedroom had a full sized bed not a queen. Nice kitchen. Large screen TV. Would benefit from ceiling fans but floor fans were available. Also suggest a locking system that allows you to lock the sliding glass door in multiple positions so that it can be left cracked open at night. Vent/fan in lower bath was challenged to handle short showers. Great water pressure. Washer and dryer were handy. Dryer squeaked. Front door lock was sticking a little. Property manager was very responsive to communication.

Excellent Hub for Sleeping Bear Dunes Exploring

Location of this property is excellent though it is difficult to find, so we recommend conferring with property manager ahead of time for specific instructions. Get there in the daylight if you can, very dark at night for locating the unit! Comfortably sleeps a couple with two children or alternately three friends, features 1 double bed and 2 single beds in a loft space. Perfect location for exploring Sleeping Dunes and enjoying the Glen Arbor shops and restaurants. Awesome beachfront access a short walk from the back deck. Well- appointed kitchen. Unit clean but dated, heat and A/C were a little tricky to operate but we received prompt maintenance assistance. We think this may have been a new listing when we stayed there but the property manager was extremely responsive and I'm sure any minor kinks will be ironed out sooner than later. Would definitely stay here again!
