Nice clean hotel. The only downside was I thought the beds were far too hard and I didn’t like the pillows. But this is only my opinion. Nice bar and friendly staff.

We had a super room on the top floor, it was clean, very comfortable and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The lifts were fast and efficient. The coffee machine was great, the fridge was very handy. We stayed for 2 nights, took advantage of the 9am early check in which was convenient after arriving on the Caledonian Sleeper from London. We had breakfast on one morning, a great selection of traditional scottish cooked food and more healthy options. We made use of the luggage holding facility which was helpful. The hotel is conveniently located for central glasgow. Our first stay in a Clayton Hotel but probably not our last.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s absolutely spotless clean. The staff were all lovely, very helpful, friendly and professional. We chose the Executive King room and had requested a river view. The room overlooked the River Clyde and most of the Southside of Glasgow. The room was a good size, plenty of mirrors and lighting and was exceptionally clean and inviting. There was also dressing gowns and slippers provided. The bed was SO very comfortable and we had a really rested sleep. The hotel is literally round the corner from the city centre so location is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return . Thank you for a fabulous stay .
