Holiday in Normamdy

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful property, would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere relaxing in a beautiful location.

The cottage is loveley for a romantic holiday for 2 people but has the facilities for 4 people.

The cottage is situated in a lovely location with countryside views and is in easy reach of the village either by car or as we did by walking. Charlotte is so nice and welcoming (as were the family), that we felt at home staying here. Everything is provided for your needs so only have to buy food. The stables were below the cottage and it was so nice to see the horses in the stables or being taken for walks. The cottage is warm and comfortable, very clean and light with the most fantastic kitchen which is quite important especially because we stayed over Christmas. I recommend staying at Christmas because it was so nice and cosy. Although in countryside you are not isolated as there are houses nearby and the family house is opposite so always somebody around. They were all most helpful which you need when you do not speak the language but it was not a problem. Overall I would give this property a rating of 10 out of 10. Will come again.

Un super logement au dessus des écuries, parfait pour les amoureux de la nature et des chevaux, on est à 10/15 minutes de la côte et de Deauville et Charlotte nous a très bien reçu . Un très bon moment passé.

Super relaxed! Zowel de plek als omgeving. Heerlijk rustig en geruststellende geluiden van de paarden onderin de stal. Aanrader, deze plek. Mooie wandelomgeving, heerlijke restaurants in de buurt en redelijk dicht bij de kust.

Séjour merveilleux

Nous avons passé un séjour au top dans ce logement. La location est vraiment magnifique, cosy et propre. Charlotte est très agréable, l'environnement est calme et à proximité de toutes les villes côtières. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Reposant!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans l'appartement de Charlotte. Très belle propriété (écurie), à la campagne tout en étant proche de la mer. Plusieurs balades à pieds au départ de l'appartement. L'appartement est très joli, très bien décoré et très bien équipé, rien à redire. Mention spéciale pour la literie et les draps de très bonne qualité ! Il est littéralement situé au dessus d'un écurie, donc au dort au dessus des chevaux. Pour ceux qui sont très sensibles au bruit, on les entend un peu mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé du tout. Petit point d'attention : comme en dessous l'espace est à l'air libre, le sol est très froid, ce qui refroidit beaucoup l'appartement, mais je précise que nous y avons séjourné par des températures négatives ! Prévoir des chaussons et des tenues chaudes en hiver, le reste du temps cela doit être très agréable :) Nous avons bien apprécié ce weekend normand et reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci

Tres belle appartement situé au-desus des écuries dans une charmante propriété au calme.

L'appartement se trouve au-dessus des écuries, c'est un petit cocon idéal pour les couples. Il se trouve à 10 minutes de Deauville et Trouville et à 15 min d'Honfleur. Situé en pleine campagne, entouré de chevaux, vous passerez un très bon moment au calme.

Ferien auf dem Ponyhof

Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss der Stallungen der Ecuries De Beaumont, eines wunderschön gelegenen Gestüts in der Nähe von Glanville in der Normandie. Die Einrichtung ist ebenso stil- wie liebevoll. Wenn wir es richtig verstanden haben, waren wir erst die zweiten Gäste dort; dies deckt sich mit dem Eindruck, dass alles noch sehr neu und in einem guten Zustand ist. Die Wohnung ist, was das alltägliche Urlaubsleben anbelangt, bestens ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen und Küche mit nahezu sämtlichen Zubehör lassen eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Der Wohnzimmerbereich überzeugt mit gemütlicher Couch sowie großem TV inklusive Netflix. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Schlafzimmerbereich hat ein großes Bett mit einer fantastischen Matratze und einem komfortabel eingerichteten Bad. Die Toilette befindet sich zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmerbereich in einem Miniraum. Vor der Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen Bereich mit Wiese und Gartenmöbeln. Das Anwesen als solches hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die man von dort allerdings nicht geniessen kann (man sitzt etwas versteckt zwischen der Hecke im Eingangsbereich und den Stallungen). Eine Möglichkeit zum Grillen gibt es nicht. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war einwandfrei und unproblematisch. Insgesamt hatten wir knapp zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in den maisons de Charlotte. Für einen Urlaub zu zwei in der Normandie können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, auch aufgrund der günstigen Lage mit unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer (Deauville/Trouville ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto) und nahezu allen anderen wichtigen Zielen in der Normandie. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wer gerne selber kocht, ist hier wirklich bestens aufgehoben. Kleine Abstriche in der Bewertung gibt es wegen dem "Pferdewecker" (die Arbeit auf dem Hof geht um ca. 7:30 Uhr los und die Ställe sind wie erwähnt direkt unter der Wohnung) und dem eher kleinen Aussenbereich mit fehlender Grillmöglichkeit. Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung mit 4-5 Sternen bewerten.
