Long way to go. Pathetic service quality

Pathetic service levels. Check in took forever and we were made to wait 2 hours for checking in (despite arriving after the designated check in time). Room service was horrible. Some stuff we ordered for dinner never arrived even after we finished our dinner. Such service is not expected by a hotel charging upwards of INR 10k per night.The only positive for this hotel was the view.
