We had such a comfortable and fun family stay at this home. The home’s layout is wonderful for a family, and the furnishings were so comfortable. The couches in the TWO TV rooms were comfortable to relax on and the beds in the bedrooms were equally as comfortable. We slept well every night we were here and it was so quiet. One of us forgot a toothbrush, and Nick and Toni had some toothbrushes at the ready for us. There were extra rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, condiments, and spices available for us. These additions made unpacking and functioning in the home seamless. There were many nights when we cooked at home and we had all of the necessary tools: including pots and pans, tinfoil, a clean and high functioning grill, strainers and bowls to do so. The hot tub was wonderful and the side of the house with the fire pit, which we did not use, has a gorgeous lawn that is impeccably kept - it is cozy to walk on and beautiful to look at. The location of the home is conveniently situated in Gilford which is close to Meredith, Weirs Beach, Alton and Wolfeboro. Twice we ate at a delicious restaurant only 10 minutes away called “The Breeze.” We were less than 15 minutes away from Gunstock where we hiked a few times and Mount Major, which we hiked three times. I really can’t say enough good things about this property….its location, its amenities and comfort, and, of course, its gracious hosts.

We stayed there with our 4 children and it was perfect! There was a baby gate, children plates/ cup and bowls. Plenty of space for everyone and our dog. The host was very quick to respond for any questions we had. He left a binder with information for absolutely everything we would need including menus from all the local food establishments, attractions etc! Overall, one of our best rentals! We had a great experience.
