Welcome to our cozy Lake Winnipesaukee townhouse, offering stunning lake and mountain views along with community lake access. Perfect for families or small groups, this getaway is nestled within a vibrant resort featuring a range of amenities like a pool, sports courts, a clubhouse, dock, beach and sun tanning deck for endless fun.

Our home is minutes from skiing at Gunstock, concerts at BankNH Pavilion, Weirs Beach, shopping, restaurants and much more.

The space
This charming townhouse comfortably accommodates guests with:
- Master Bedroom: QUEEN bed with cozy linens
- Second Bedroom: Full TWIN bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests.
- Living Area: Relax with the Roku TV and enjoy easy streaming access.
- Full Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Enjoy climate comfort with 3 mini-split heat pumps throughout the home. The back porch/sunroom is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Starter Supplies:
We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.

Just a friendly reminder: Motorcycles are not allowed on the property. Signage is posted at the entrances, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Pool Update (May / June Bookings)

There are 2 pools in the Samoset community. The main pool and deck are being fully replaced by the HOA and are not expected to reopen this summer.

Guests will still have access to a second pool which differs in size and appearance.
