This is a classic older hotel but very well maintained and updated. Rooms are small and pricey, however the location is excellent and the staff are superb. It is a very short walk to the cable car and downtown. If you want the Gibraltar experience, this is the perfect choice for your hotel.

Kept hearing a bus pass by every 5 minutes overnight, despite wearing ear plugs. The room was warm and stuffy despite checking with front desk to ensure I had set the thermostat correctly at 18 degrees. Not a good night's sleep overall.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The views were nice and the hotel food and service were very good. The front desk team went above b our expectations by holding our luggage while we toured and calling our taxi for us. Great people
