I walked into the room and saw a cockroach walk across the bed, so I left. The front desk was very helpful, and they assured me I'd get a refund. Expedia did refund my stay.

I booked a non-smoking room and apparently it was given to another guest because I was told when I arrived that the only room available was a smoking room. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes and obviously it smelled like smoke. I endured the night though. Not an enjoyable stay for me.

It's a decent quiet place to stay in. No one bothers you. The staff is there when you need them. Everything you expect from a hotel at a great price. The rooms are clean.

Stopped midnight-ish in our traveling and Riraj, at the front desk was very nice. Hotel has been recently renovated so was pleasant and comfortable. Area around hotel looked a little sketchy, but on the whole was safe and quiet

Staff at check in and check out were great. The room was clean. A few things we noted, however, were that the lamps were in need of replacement/repair. They appear to both have a short. Also, the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work. Other than that, it was a good experience.
