Front porch area very well maintained, beautiful landscaping and flower baskets. Very nice/clean lobby area. Front desk staff 5 stars, great people. Groundskeepers 5 stars. Great attention to detail. Cookies unavailable upon arrival at reception. Rooms are clean, bedding and towels all clean. Beds a good sleep. Very good housekeeping. In the a.m. breakfast was a chore for the kitchen ladies, they sat on their phones in the corner on a very busy morning and didn’t look up all while using a table meant for guests they were just short of rude. Put eggs from a bag in the pan right in front of everyone and huffed as they did. Heard them speak unkindly to an older man who was a guest asking about food. Drinks tasted like plastic from the machine and coffee like water. Have stayed at other Country Inns with great breakfast staff. This might be a local issue and if the breakfast is why you’re booking maybe try another hotel or try your luck. Four stars due to breakfast only.

Our room was not clean. Previous guest’s wash clothe was hanging in the shower and the tub was not cleaned. We dealt with it since we were just there the one night. All the hotels in the area price gauged due to gymnastics event we were attending so it was definitely not with the cost but loved that it was at an outdoor mall with a restaurant across the parking lot.

Not enough towels in room or pool. Staff seemed put out that we needed them. AC unit sounded like an airplane engine and would not cool the room below 68

The room was terrible. The bathroom has 2 lights out, cracked walls and baseboards and dirty walls. The bathroom fan didnt work, furniture in the room had stains and it was very gross. Behind the door was a huge plaster spot they just repaired and the whole room smelled like plaster. The pool had gross green slime in the water and dirt at the bottom. We had no other choice because there were no other rooms available. We will not be back ever. Staff was not engaging or friendly at all. Pretty poor experience. It is nothing like the website or the pictures. If we could have gotten refunded we would have and went somewhere else.
