My wife & enjoy the Colton Motel because of its nostalgic charm. It's like stepping back into the 1960s. Very clean, very comfortable, very accommodating. It's where we stay every time we're in Gettysburg, great place.

The room was clean and the A/C worked great! Staff made check-in easy and there was plenty of parking. The only downside was that the pool was not open but they did have an open pool at their other motel which was close by

The motel is great for the price. It is within walking distance of shops, museums, and restaurants. The room itself was clean, and the AC worked great. Unfortunately, the pool was not open, and my kids were disappointed. We got there before check-in, and the owner had no problem letting us leave our car in the parking lot and walk around town until 2 pm. We were able to self-check out by just leaving our key in the drop box since we left really early.
